- On the morning of April 28, the Department of Industry and Trade presided over and coordinated with the College of Economics and Trade ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) to organize a conference to disseminate and propagate Decree 60/2024/ND-CP on market development and management in the province in 2025 for over 150 delegates who are officials and civil servants in charge of market management at the People's Committees of districts, cities, communes, wards and towns in the area; representatives of the Management Board, management teams, enterprises, market management cooperatives ; business households and small traders operating in the province.
At the conference, delegates were informed by Master Phan Thanh Huong, lecturer at the College of Economics and Trade, Ministry of Industry and Trade, about some new points in Decree 60/2024/ND-CP dated June 5, 2024 of the Government on market development and management. At the same time, delegates were also informed about some regulations on food safety and hygiene at markets; conversion of market management, business and exploitation models, etc.
Within the framework of the conference, delegates exchanged and shared experiences in business activities and market management; at the same time, the reporter answered some questions related to legal regulations on permanent and semi-permanent markets; management, use and exploitation of market infrastructure assets for State investment and management...
Through the conference, it aims to equip more knowledge and management capacity in market development and management for officials and civil servants in charge of market management, representatives of the Management Board, management teams, enterprises, market management cooperatives, business households, and small traders in the area. Thereby, gradually removing difficulties, transforming the market management model, contributing to improving service quality and market operation efficiency in the area.
