DTO - The Provincial People's Committee issued a Plan to implement new laws and resolutions passed by the 15th National Assembly at the 6th Session, the 5th extraordinary session.
Accordingly, 9 Laws and 11 Resolutions were disseminated. Specifically, the laws were: Law on Identity Cards; Law on Real Estate Business (amended); Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level; Law on Housing (amended); Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones; Law on Water Resources (amended); Law on Telecommunications (amended); Law on Land (amended) and Law on Credit Institutions (amended).
11 Resolutions include: Resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly; Resolution on the 2024 Socio -Economic Development Plan; Resolution on piloting a number of specific policies on investment in road construction; Resolution on thematic supervision of "Implementation of the National Assembly's resolutions on National Target Programs on new rural construction for the 2021-2025 period, sustainable poverty reduction for the 2021-2025 period, socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the 2021-2030 period"...
Along with that, strengthen the dissemination of Directive No. 23/CT-TTg. Specifically, organize the dissemination, proactively issue directives, instructions and organize the dissemination and legal education on specific tasks of Directive No. 23/CT-TTg in accordance with the situation, practical conditions and political tasks of provincial and local departments, branches, sectors, and unions to create unity in awareness and enhance the responsibility of state agencies, organizations, individuals and enterprises.
At the same time, focus on disseminating the contents of the law on judicial records, Judicial Records Certificates, purposes and legal values of Judicial Records Certificates; the right of individuals, agencies and organizations to request a Judicial Records Certificate; and methods of issuing Judicial Records Certificates.
During the implementation process, it is necessary to grasp and promptly reflect to competent state agencies the opinions of the people and public opinion on the necessity of the Judicial Record Certificate in administrative procedures in the sector and management field to serve as a basis for reviewing, amending and supplementing according to authority, or proposing and reporting to competent authorities to consider and amend regulations and administrative procedures related to the Judicial Record Certificate to reduce the unreasonable requirement to submit a Judicial Record Certificate in the implementation of administrative procedures...
