The conference spent a lot of time discussing and exchanging specific contents related to document storage and management; document digitization, packaging, data backup; digitization of state secret documents... At the same time, it provided guidance and answered some difficulties and problems in the process of implementing document storage, management, and digitization at the grassroots level; training in archival and document management; and seal management and use.

Through the conference, the awareness and responsibility of Party committees and organizations at all levels will be raised; helping localities to effectively carry out the work of archiving and managing documents in the process of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system and administrative units in the locality./.
