Launching an online quiz contest to learn about new rural construction associated with agricultural commodity production

The appearance of new rural areas in the highlands is increasingly prosperous.

Through the contest, we aim to promote propaganda work, helping cadres, party members and people grasp the policies, viewpoints, goals and tasks of developing commodity agriculture and building new rural areas.

Thereby, raising awareness, creating consensus and promoting the strength of the entire people in effectively implementing Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated August 26, 2021 of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on the Strategy for developing commodity agriculture to 2030, with a vision to 2050, associated with the National Target Program on new rural construction for the period 2021 - 2025.

The contest contributes to promoting industrialization and modernization of agriculture, improving the material and spiritual life of the people, and contributing to the completion of the province's socio-economic goals.

The implementation of the contest must ensure practicality, quality, savings, safety and efficiency; be organized in an attractive form, with rich content, harmoniously integrating knowledge about new rural construction and commercial agricultural development, creating a widespread influence; attract the attention and response of a large number of cadres, party members and people from all walks of life (inside and outside the province) to participate.

Contest content : Learn about the Party and State's policies and guidelines related to the field of new rural construction and development of commodity agriculture, focusing on Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated August 26, 2021 of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on the Strategy for developing commodity agriculture; documents guiding the implementation of the National Target Program on new rural construction for the period 2021 - 2025; typical achievements, models and experiences in new rural construction and development of commodity agriculture in Lao Cai province.

Participants : Cadres, party members, civil servants, union members, association members, students, armed forces and people living, working and studying in and outside Lao Cai province (except members of the Organizing Committee and the Secretariat assisting the Contest).

Exam format: Online multiple-choice test on the internet. Candidates access the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's online multiple-choice test system http://tuyengiaotracnghiem.laocai.gov.vn/; the Electronic Information Portal of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department (at: https://tuyengiaodanvan.laocai.gov.vn/, section "Internet multiple-choice test" to register an account and participate in the exam.

The exam is designed in multiple-choice format. For each exam, candidates answer a certain number of questions within a specified time and submit their answers directly to the online system.

Exam time : The multiple-choice exam is expected to take place in the last 2 weeks of April and the first week of May 2025 (3 exam sessions, one session per week). Each exam session starts at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and ends at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday every week.

The Organizing Committee of the Contest closely coordinates with the press and media agencies of the province to widely inform about the purpose, meaning and Rules of the Contest to all classes of people. At the same time, promptly update and reflect typical examples actively participating in the contest in localities, agencies and units; encourage propaganda on social networks (Facebook, Zalo...) to spread information about the contest, creating a widespread propaganda effect...

Bao Thang district organized the launching ceremony of the emulation movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas" and "Implementing Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated August 26, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the Strategy for developing commodity agriculture in Lao Cai province to 2030, with a vision to 2050", in 2025.

The results of the weekly multiple-choice test will be announced by the Organizing Committee no later than Monday morning of the following week on the Electronic Information Portal of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the mass media.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department is the Standing Body of the Contest.
