Mr. Dang Ngoc Anh, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, said that during the Workers' Month, the Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with units to organize programs: May Dialogue, Creative Workers, Confidently Entering the New Era, Thanking Workers; Propagating and mobilizing workers to study to improve their professional skills and integration skills, encouraging union members to contribute many initiatives to improve techniques and apply technology in labor and production.
These programs help leaders at all levels and businesses grasp the aspirations of union members and workers, while honoring and praising workers with outstanding achievements and giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances...
2025 is the 14th year that trade unions at all levels in the province have launched Workers' Month according to Notice 77-TB/TW dated February 24, 2012 of the Central Party Secretariat, aiming to promote the attention of the entire political system, businesses and society in caring for the building of a modern and strong working class.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Dao My praised the achievements of all levels of trade unions, union members and workers in the past time. He emphasized: "In order to maximize the benefits of union members, in the coming time, trade unions at all levels will take better care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, continue to effectively implement policies on wages, social insurance, health insurance, labor safety, housing for workers, especially supporting workers in difficult circumstances".
At the launching ceremony, the Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 40 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 40 million VND and 1 Trade Union Shelter with a support level of 60 million VND.
