Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luan - Chairman of Tam Tien Commune People's Committee said that Ha Loc village is an area heavily eroded by the sea. Every year during the rainy and stormy season, sea waves eat deep into the mainland, causing erosion in many places and damaging many civil works.

The seawall project has received enthusiastic support from local people because they hope it will prevent erosion and contribute to beach regeneration. The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2024.

It is known that the emergency coastal embankment project in Ha Loc village is invested by the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Agricultural and Rural Development Works of Quang Nam province with a capital of 75 billion VND.

The scale of construction investment includes a coastal protection embankment about 0.52km long in Ha Loc village; the embankment roof structure is made of precast concrete components, the embankment foot is protected by prestressed piles, the top of the embankment is made of reinforced concrete wave-breaking wall combined with concrete traffic road; the top of the embankment is built with management and operation road and wave-breaking wall to ensure anti-wave overflow at the design frequency; the management road has a concrete structure with a 5m wide road surface...
