On November 26, the exhibition "Vietnam - China Friendship Cooperation from Archival Documents" officially opened at the exhibition room of the National Archives Center III (No. 5 Vu Pham Ham, Hanoi ).
The event was organized by the State Records and Archives Department of Vietnam in coordination with the State Archives General Administration of China, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations, and the year of Vietnam-China friendship and humanistic exchange.
Encourage Vietnam and China to continue moving forward together
Mr. Cao Huy - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs - informed that the exhibition is an activity of profound political, diplomatic and professional significance, taking place in the context of the two countries celebrating the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations, continuing to strengthen and develop the Vietnam - China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

Mr. Lam Chan Nghia - Deputy Director General of the State Archives of China - said that the exhibition "Vietnam - China Friendship Cooperation" from archival documents focuses on the Vietnam - China friendship, reflecting historical periods of exchange and mutual support in many fields since the two countries established diplomatic relations in 1950 until now.
"Every photo capturing a moment, every document marking cooperation proves that the Vietnam-China friendship is not only deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, but is also formed from visits, activities and projects, with both rich and specific meanings.
Viewing these archives will easily evoke historical memories, making people look back at the heroic years of the two countries' struggle for solidarity, recall and affirm the initial spirit of the diplomatic relations between the two countries, and encourage us to continue moving forward together on new historical milestones," said Mr. Lam Chan Nghia.

Relive historical memories
According to the organizers, the exhibition announces and introduces 112 documents, archives, and images selected from archives under the State Records and Archives Department of Vietnam, the State Archives General Department of China, news agencies of the two countries, and relevant agencies...
These are the evidences and authentic information reflecting the milestones, cooperation journeys and important achievements in the cooperative relationship between the two countries, from the official establishment of diplomatic relations to the present day.
Each archive tells authentic stories from documents, reviving historical memories, while fostering social foundations and people's sentiments.
According to Mr. Dang Thanh Tung - Director of the State Records and Archives Department, the documents, images and materials introduced to the public in this exhibition are the result of serious, elaborate and dedicated work by colleagues from the two countries.
Each exhibit is carefully selected and cross-referenced to ensure authenticity, historical value and ability to convey messages to viewers.
This is not only a professional effort, but also demonstrates the spirit of sincere cooperation, responsibility and mutual respect between the two archives, contributing practically to implementing the major orientations of the high-ranking leaders of the two Parties and two States on people-to-people exchange, friendly cooperation and preserving common historical values.
