| Delegates cut the ribbon to open the Exhibition. |
The exhibition includes 3 main themes: “ Thai Nguyen - The mark of 9 years of long-term resistance war”; “Thai Nguyen - The solid rear for the beloved South”; “Thai Nguyen today”. With more than 150 images, documents, artifacts and war relics on display, the exhibition vividly and realistically recreates the image of resilient and heroic Thai Nguyen in the two long-term resistance wars of the nation.

The exhibits affirm the important role of the army and people of Thai Nguyen in protecting the Viet Bac base - where President Ho Chi Minh and other Party and State leaders lived, worked and directed the resistance war for 9 years (1946-1954). During the resistance war against the US to save the country (1954-1975), Thai Nguyen continued to promote the spirit of "great rear", providing human and material support to the southern front.

Besides the heroic history, the Exhibition also introduces the development achievements of Thai Nguyen during the renovation period, with restored cultural works and historical relics, along with beautiful natural landscapes, affirming the strong vitality of the land rich in revolutionary traditions.

| Delegates visit the Exhibition. |
On this occasion, leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented books to the University of Science (Thai Nguyen University), the Provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and Tan Cuong Secondary School (Thai Nguyen City).
The exhibition is open until May 25.
