The first season of Vietnam International Sea Fashion Festival will be held at Van Phuc City urban area, Ho Chi Minh City.
After that, this festival will be held at beautiful beaches across the country and take place annually.
Promote the introduction of applied fashion
According to the organizers, the Vietnam International Beach Fashion Festival is a project to introduce and update beach fashion trends through showcasing collections of domestic and international designers.
The catwalk is staged in an open space, based on real context, respecting and protecting the environment where the festival takes place.
In addition, the organizers also combine other artistic and entertainment effects to create a unique live stage.
This catwalk not only showcases swimsuits but also offers many multi-style collections with themes such as: Family wear, Yacht wear, Sporty wear, Avant-garde wear and even evening dresses.
Notably, the program brings costumes recycled from plastic with an environmental protection message.

Talking about the difference compared to other fashion weeks and events, director Le Viet said that within the framework of the festival, there will be sideline activities for fashion design students.
From there, create a playground, opportunities for practical experience, and develop talents in the fashion field.
"We aim for highly applicable collections, so that after presenting the collection, fashionistas can access it immediately, even sell out, that is the true effectiveness of applied fashion" - director Le Viet emphasized.
10 designers perform opening
The first season of the Vietnam International Beach Fashion Festival had 10 designers participating in the show, including 4 foreign designers from the US, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
At the event, model Vu Thu Phuong was announced by the organizers as the ambassador of the fashion festival.

The reason the organizers chose Vu Thu Phuong is because she has a great passion for fashion and green lifestyle, which is in line with the program's orientation.
"Through this journey, I can convey cultural and tourism values to a large number of people" - model Vu Thu Phuong shared.
Model Nguyen Dinh Nhu Van takes on the role of fashion director, promising to bring unique performances.
