Recently, at the more than 100-year-old hotel Hôtel Le Marois - Salons France - Amériques (Paris, France), designer Linh Nga introduced the Spring - Summer 2026 collection within the framework of Paris Fashion Week.
This is the 6th time Linh Nga's designs have appeared independently on the Paris catwalk. This time, she brought a collection called Soul of the land - Bloodline of the dragon .

Designer Linh Nga said that her designs were inspired by the dragon image of the Ly dynasty, the legend of the founding of the country, ancient communal house roofs, and ceramic, bamboo, and rattan motifs...
"The image of the Ly Dynasty dragon with its graceful and spiritual form was chosen as the highlight of the costumes. Costumes inspired by Vietnamese dragons are the highlight of this collection. This is my way of honoring heritage and conveying the idea of national soul," the designer shared.

The Soul of the Earth - Dragon Vein collection includes 25 haute couture designs, recreating the beauty of Vietnamese culture and soul through the language of fashion.

The designs in the collection are meticulously hand-sewn with thousands of beads, crystals and metallic threads, requiring high techniques. The long dress shape with open shoulders and soft flared skirt evokes the image of an ancient communal house roof, a symbol of East Asian culture.

The treatment of silk, organza, and metallic tulle makes the fabric surface sparkle like dragon scales changing color with the light, making the wearer look like they are wearing a powerful yet feminine armor.

Stylized motifs from blue and white ceramics, bamboo, and rattan, printed, embroidered, or delicately attached, bring the breath of Vietnamese tradition into the rhythm of contemporary fashion.

Designer Linh Nga shared: “I want to bring Vietnamese culture, stories about my origins, into a global fashion language. This is a tribute to the motherland, and at the same time an affirmation that Vietnamese fashion can absolutely shine in the city of lights, Paris.”

Miss Luong Thuy Linh was a guest at the show. The beauty wore a design that combined sheer tulle with elaborate lace and feather embellishments. The overall outfit was black, creating a sense of power and mystery.
