Returning to V-League, Quang Hai's transfer value plummets

After an unimpressive year playing for Pau FC, midfielder Nguyen Quang Hai's transfer value has dropped quite rapidly.

Specifically, in June 2022, the star of the Vietnamese national team was valued at 400,000 euros (about more than 10.1 billion VND) by the transfer website Transfermarkt.

However, as of June 23, 2023, Quang Hai's transfer value is only 300,000 euros (more than 7.6 billion VND), a decrease of about 25%.

This is also the first time since 2019 that the transfer value of the midfielder from Dong Anh has decreased.

In March 2019, Hai “con” had a transfer market value of 150,000 euros. This figure increased to 250,000 euros (June 2020), 300,000 euros (August 2020) and 400,000 euros (June 2022).

Among the domestic players playing in the V-League, Hoang Duc has the highest transfer value (400,000 euros), followed by Ho Tan Tai (350,000 euros), Que Ngoc Hai, Bui Tien Dung (both 300,000 euros).

Back to Quang Hai, at noon on June 23, the former Hanoi FC star had his debut with CAHN Club.

As previously reported, the player born in 1997 will sign a 1.5-year contract with the Public Security team and receive a salary of 7 billion VND/year.

Currently, he still cannot play for CAHN and will only start from phase 2 of V-League 2023.

After 11 matches played in V-League 2023, CAHN has 21 points, ranked 2nd on the rankings, exactly 1 point behind Thanh Hoa .
