On the morning of November 22, at Phu Cat airport, Regiment 930, Division 372 received orders from the Air Defense - Air Force to prepare helicopters and rescue forces to be ready to fly to rescue people who are isolated and seriously affected by floods in Dak Lak province.
Colonel Vu Hong Diep, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Defense - Air Force, directly commanded the flight. Participating in the flight command were the Head of the Service's Rescue Department; leaders and commanders of Division 372.
According to records, up to now, many areas of Dak Lak province are still deeply flooded, many residential areas have been isolated and divided for a long time, people are in dire need of food, food and clean water to use.



By 7:30 a.m., the Regiment had completed preparations and assigned specific tasks to the components and forces flying to provide flood relief to the people.
At exactly 8:30 a.m., under orders from the Air Defense - Air Force, Mi-17 aircraft of Regiment 930 took off to fly into the flooded area to provide relief to the people.
The relief flight locations are Tuy An Dong and Tuy An Tay communes of Dak Lak province with three tons of goods including food, necessities such as dry food, cakes, milk, drinking water, life jackets, etc.
