Beautiful lieutenant's talent makes Ho Ngoc Ha and Truc Nhan admire

On the evening of May 11, episode 2 of Talent Rendezvous aired, the judges including singer Ho Ngoc Ha, Truc Nhan and musician Huy Tuan were all very surprised by the contestants' performances.

Nguyen Mai Chi performed "Canh hoa tan" and "Bong phu hoa" - two songs that once took social media by storm. Her performance made Ho Ngoc Ha feel admiration. Judge Truc Nhan commented: "More than just a script, your artistic nature has taken over you!". Her confidence and meticulousness in choosing songs and performing style helped Mai Chi stand out among the contestants. According to Truc Nhan, this was not simply a contest performance but a performance full of artistic qualities.

Mai Chi performs "Faded Petals" and "Shadow of Vanity"

Chung Pham Ngoc Yen performed “The Searching Piece” (Ho Hoai Anh). Musician Huy Tuan was surprised to see Yen’s change. Although she was the youngest, she showed confidence.

Choosing "Trạo lên" (Nguyen Hoang Ton - Melyd K), Vo Hoai Anh showed his freshness and charm on stage. Ho Ngoc Ha exclaimed "this is the performance we've been waiting for at Talent Rendezvous ". Judges Huy Tuan and Truc Nhan also said that Hoai Anh's performance was their style.

With a new arrangement and youthful handling, Thanh Thuy brought another version of "The Magic Lamp". However, her performance did not convince the judges. Ho Ngoc Ha encouraged Thanh Thuy that her singing was not bad, she was on the journey to find her own style but reminded her not to focus too much on the choreography but to have a break to focus on her singing.

NiNi performed “ Ha Noi ” (Tuimi, Dan Edinberg), a song with a modern, gentle and delicate spirit. However, judge Truc Nhan commented that NiNi’s singing was not clear like “a foreigner singing Vietnamese”.

Le Quang Huy performed the song “Please” (Tran Trung Duc) - a haunting and profound song. With his soulful voice and increasingly confident stage presence, Quang Huy impressed the audience. The judges assessed this as a step forward for Huy compared to himself in the previous round.

Bao Ngoc performed the song “Ngay chua gio bao” (The Stormy Day) - a famous hit by Phan Manh Quynh. With her beautiful appearance, Bao Ngoc made judge Ho Ngoc Ha exclaim, “This is the rose of the talented rendezvous point”. She was also surprised by Bao Ngoc’s voice. Meanwhile, musician Huy Tuan said Bao Ngoc was brave in choosing a song that already had two top versions: Tung Duong with a powerful performance, Bui Lan Huong very magical. However, Bao Ngoc chose her own way of performing.

Nguyen Hoang Minh Khoi performed "Waiting for June" which he composed. Ho Ngoc Ha was surprised by the male contestant's voice because she thought it was a studio version and not a live song. Judge Huy Tuan said this would be a hit after the show aired. Truc Nhan predicted that Minh Khoi would be the champion of "Diem Hen Tai Tai".

Minh Chau performed the song “Tomorrow, I’ll Get Married” (Dong Thien Duc) with a unique arrangement. The judges all said that Minh Chau needed to be more comfortable when singing and avoid straining herself.

Quang Anh performed the song "Say mot lanh mat" which he composed. Ho Ngoc Ha said Quang Anh had a voice but it was not new, the song did not have a highlight so that when it stopped, the audience would linger on a few lines to hum.

Thanh Thuy performed "IF" - a profound hit by Vu Cat Tuong that is loved by the audience. Ho Ngoc Ha thanked Thanh Thuy many times for bringing an impressive performance.

Hanh Huyen performed the song “Gia vo say” (by Do Hieu). Musician Huy Tuan commented that Hanh Huyen needs to choose many different musical colors to create her own highlight, otherwise she cannot continue.
