Kinhtedothi - On January 20th, Do Anh Tuan, Head of the Hanoi City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, attended a conference and presented Party badges on the occasion of February 3rd, 2025, at the Me Linh District Party Committee.

This time, the Me Linh District Party Committee awarded Party Badges to 195 comrades. Of these, 17 received the 65-year Party Membership Badge, 12 received the 60-year Party Membership Badge, 26 received the 55-year Party Membership Badge, and 15 received the 50-year Party Membership Badge. For the 124 Party members receiving the 45, 40, and 30-year Party Membership Badges, the District Party Committee authorized the grassroots Party branches and committees to organize the awarding ceremony.

In particular, Party member Tong Van Truong, born in 1933, a member of the Party branch in Hamlet 4, Ha Loi, Me Linh Commune, was awarded the 70-year Party membership badge. At the ceremony, leaders of the City Party Committee and the Me Linh District Party Committee presented Party membership badges to the Party members.

Presenting the Party Badge and flowers to congratulate Party member Tong Van Truong, Head of the Hanoi City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department Do Anh Tuan expressed gratitude for the contributions and dedication of veteran Party members. He also urged them to continue to uphold their revolutionary qualities and ethics, their pioneering and exemplary spirit, and their wealth of experience to actively participate in building the Party and the government, bridging the gap between the glorious past and the innovative present, and serving as historical witnesses to educate today's younger generation about traditions.

The Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Do Anh Tuan, also acknowledged and commended the achievements of Me Linh district in 2024. Accordingly, in 2024, Me Linh district strived to complete 16 out of 16 targets assigned by the City and 19 out of 19 targets assigned by the District People's Council. Total budget revenue in the district reached over 10,000 billion VND, with domestic revenue reaching over 3,000 billion VND.

In particular, the district successfully organized the 2nd Me Linh Flower Festival, themed "Me Linh: Ablaze with Flowers," attracting a large number of visitors. With these achievements and results, the Me Linh District Party Committee was rated as having excellently fulfilled its nhiệm vụ (tasks/duties) by the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee. This is the third consecutive year that the Me Linh District Party Committee has been rated as having excellently fulfilled its nhiệm vụ (tasks/duties).

The Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department suggested that, in the coming period, the Me Linh District Party Committee should focus on leading and directing the development of plans to implement the set targets and tasks. They should also prepare well for the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 12th District Party Congress and the 18th Hanoi City Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term, so that together with the Capital and the whole country, they can enter a new era, an era of the Vietnamese nation's progress.
