Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission Vu Manh Thang attended the Great Solidarity Festival in Luc Nam

(BBG)- On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front on November 18 (1930 - 2024), on November 15, comrade Vu Manh Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee attended the National Great Unity Day in Chinh Ha village, Lan Mau commune (Luc Nam).

Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Luc Nam District Party Committee.

Comrade Vu Manh Thang presented flowers and gifts to cadres and people of Chinh Ha village.

Chinh Ha village has 420 households, with an estimated average income of 55 million VND/person/year in 2024. 75% of families in the village have solid houses, no dilapidated houses. The rate of poor and near-poor households in 2024 will decrease, with only 1.34% of poor households in the village.

The security and order situation in the village is stable, there are no drug addicts or serious law violators. The people are united and consensual, there are no cases of petitions or complaints that go beyond the authority or are too crowded.

Through evaluation, in 2024, 388 households achieved cultural family status; the village achieved cultural title.

Comrade Vu Manh Thang and Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, Secretary of Luc Nam District Party Committee, presented gifts to disadvantaged families.

Speaking at the Festival, comrade Vu Manh Thang praised the efforts of the Party cell committee, leadership, mass organizations and people of Chinh Ha village in directing, building and consolidating the great national unity bloc.

He hopes that the cadres and people in the village will promote the achieved results, seriously comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the village's conventions and regulations.

People continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, practice a civilized lifestyle; actively compete in labor production, develop the economy , and contribute to building an increasingly prosperous homeland.

People of Chinh Ha village attended the festival.

On this occasion, comrade Vu Manh Thang presented a flower basket and 15 million VND (to buy amplifiers and speakers) as gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the cadres and people of Chinh Ha village.

Representatives of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to the people and village officials who had achievements in building the great national unity bloc.

Leaders of Luc Nam District Party Committee presented flowers, 5 million VND and Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the District People's Committee to cadres, party members and people of Chinh Ha village along with 7 gifts to families in difficult circumstances in the area.

The leaders of the Party Committee, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Lan Mau commune also gave gifts to the people in the village as well as cultural families who have contributed to the common achievements of the locality.
