They entered university at a challenging time - when the whole country and the world were struggling to cope with the Covid-19 pandemic. It was not only an obstacle in terms of learning methods, but also a great mental challenge.

You have overcome difficulties, adapted, self-studied, been proactive and resilient. These are qualities that are not easy to come by, and I believe that what you have cultivated during that time will be valuable provisions for your journey of self-development to be ready to adapt to the future.

"In today's graduation ceremony, I feel the joy, the belief, the atmosphere full of vitality, creativity, and freshness of youth, of the excellent faces who have completed their learning journey. Today, you have officially become new graduates - those who will continue the belief and proud history of the University of Electricity. At this very moment, you have become an important link in the development flow, bringing the country into a new era..." - Dr. Duong Trung Kien expressed.
