Hanoi University of Procuracy will stop recruiting block C00

On April 25, Hanoi University of Procuracy informed that it will not use the C00 combination (Literature, History, Geography) in the expected enrollment plan for 2025.

The school said that, based on Circular No. 06/2025/TT-BGDDT dated March 19, 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on university and college admissions for preschool education issued together with Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, training institutions are not allowed to allocate enrollment quotas according to admission combinations or admission methods.

In that context, if we continue to use combination C00, which is the combination that usually has the highest average score in the High School Graduation Exam and the number of candidates registering is large, it is very likely that the entire enrollment quota of the school will be concentrated on this combination only.

According to the school, this will lead to an imbalance in the selection process between groups, causing disadvantages for candidates taking other groups, and is not consistent with the prosecution industry's policy of training a team of legal staff with comprehensive capacity in many fields and subjects.

Thus, the decision to stop considering the C00 group in the 2025 enrollment plan of Hanoi University of Procuracy is based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, actual enrollment statistics of previous years, and the comprehensive and fair educational perspective of the procuracy sector.

The school continues to expand admission opportunities for candidates in many groups, in which students in group C still have many opportunities to be admitted to the school.
