University of Medicine and Pharmacy - VNU announces benchmark scores for 5 early admission methods in 2024

TPO - Hanoi University of Medicine and Pharmacy - Vietnam National University has just announced the results of the 2024 regular university entrance exam for early admission methods.

Accordingly, there are 5 methods that have just announced the admission results including: priority admission; admission according to the special mechanism of Hanoi National University; admission based on IELTS certificate or equivalent international English certificate; admission based on the results of the Hanoi National University's competency assessment test; students of the university preparatory program.

In the priority admission method, 16 candidates were admitted.

82 candidates were admitted under the special mechanism of Hanoi National University. Specifically, 14 candidates were recognized as Gold Medal winners of the International Science and Technology Exhibition Competition; 1 candidate participated in the Hanoi National University High School Olympic Exam; 67 candidates won prizes in the High School Excellent Student Exam at Hanoi National University or at the provincial and municipal levels.

75 candidates were admitted based on IELTS or equivalent international English certificates combined with high school graduation exam results. Of which, the highest standard score for the medical industry was 27.1/30 points. The English certificates of the admitted candidates were from 8.0 IELTS points or higher.

336 candidates were admitted based on the results of the Hanoi National University's competency assessment exam. The Faculty of Medicine also had the highest standard score after converting to 30 points, which was 20.6.

There are 2 candidates admitted to the university preparatory program.

University of Medicine and Pharmacy notes: Candidates with results based on the above methods need to register their admission wishes on the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training .

Candidates complete the online admission confirmation according to the general schedule of the Ministry of Education and Training. Candidates need to follow the school's website to know the admission time.
