Head of Ninh Kieu District Education and Training Department becomes Deputy Director of Can Tho City Department of Education and Training

Head of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Kieu District, Vo Hong Lam, has just been transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City.

On December 2, the People's Committee of Can Tho City held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee on personnel work. Mr. Vo Hong Lam, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Kieu District, was awarded the decision to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City.

Previously, on November 29, Mr. Tran Viet Truong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City, signed a decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Vo Hong Lam to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City, for a period of 5 years from the date of signing.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Can Tho City, Vo Hong Lam, thanked the city leaders and Ninh Kieu District leaders for training, coaching and trusting him to the new position. At the same time, he expressed his wish to continue receiving support from leaders at all levels and the Department of Education and Training of the city, to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking to congratulate Mr. Vo Hong Lam, Mr. Nguyen Thuc Hien, Vice Chairman of Can Tho City People's Committee, added that this transfer is very meaningful, aiming to perfect the leadership and management position in the field of education and training of the city's Department of Education and Training.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City also requested the new Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of the city together with the Board of Directors of the Department of Education and Training to immediately start working together. He requested the Director of the Department of Education and Training, the Board of Directors and all officials, civil servants and employees of the education and training sector to be united and dedicated to making the city's education and training sector develop more and more sustainably.
