(Haiphong.gov.vn) – In order to continue to innovate teaching methods and effectively implement the 2018 GeneralEducation Program, on the afternoon of March 18, at Truong Tho Secondary School (An Lao District), the Department of Education and Training directed the Department of Education and Training of An Lao District to carry out the city-level topic "Melody of homeland identity, wings of heritage land".

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training and leaders of An Lao district presented flowers to congratulate the Special Topic program.

Attending the seminar were Director of the Department of Education and Training Bui Van Kiem; Chairman of the People's Committee of An Lao district Ngo Thi Thanh Thuy; along with leaders of the Department of Education and Training, An Lao district, An Lao district Education and Training Office, representatives of the Board of Directors, Head of the Social Science Group and teachers of Arts and local education content of districts and towns of the city.

With the theme “Melody of homeland identity wings the heritage land”, at the Topic, participating student groups learned about the origin of Ca Tru art - Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity; the role of Ca Tru art; the content and meaning of Dong Mon Ca Tru (Thuy Nguyen district); learn about the historical relic of Voi Mountain... These are cultural heritages, material and spiritual products with historical, cultural and scientific values, passed down from generation to generation...

Teachers of the Social Sciences Group - Truong Tho Secondary School participated in the demonstration lesson to guide students in learning knowledge.

Conducted by teachers in the school's Social Science Group and Grade 8 students, the 2-period Special Topic class helped students gradually discover their own abilities and the world around them, develop a rich spiritual life, and be moved by the beauty of art. At the same time, it fostered in students a love for their homeland, an awareness of their roots, and the cultural identity of their homeland's heritage.

Students are excited to participate in learning knowledge at the Topic.

Through teaching methods, reporting learning outcomes, implementing innovative teaching methods, innovative assessment and evaluation, applying IT; diverse new teaching techniques such as: role-playing, dramatization, public speaking, narration... The topic has contributed to teaching and developing students' qualities and abilities, meeting the 2018 General Education Program.

At the end of the Workshop, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training, along with the staff and teachers of the secondary schools, highly appreciated the successful implementation of the Workshop at Truong Tho Secondary School, demonstrating the efforts and creativity of the teachers and students of the school.
