Khanh Hoa Buddhist College celebrates 35th anniversary

On the morning of June 5, Khanh Hoa Buddhist College held a ceremony to celebrate its 35th anniversary. Attending the ceremony were leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in the province, along with hundreds of monks, nuns, and Buddhists inside and outside the province.

Leaders of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions presented flowers to congratulate Khanh Hoa Buddhist College.

Khanh Hoa Buddhist College was established on June 4, 1990, with the original name of Khanh Hoa Buddhist Basic School, located at Nghia Phuong Pagoda (No. 2 Ly Thanh Ton Street, Nha Trang City). In 1995, the school moved to Long Son Pagoda (23-10 Street, Nha Trang City). On January 29, 2000, the school changed its name to Khanh Hoa Buddhist College.

The representative of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province presented 100 million VND to the representative of the school's Board of Directors.

Over 35 years of formation and development, Khanh Hoa Buddhist College has trained 11 courses and is currently training the 11th course for the 2025 - 2028 school year with a total of 1006 monks and nuns trained.
