District, town and city health centers will screen children aged 6 months to under 60 months in the locality; notify each household with children of the age group about the time and location of mandatory Vitamin A administration.

At the same time, organize children to drink Vitamin A, ensuring safety, correct dosage and correct subjects; combine communication to prevent and combat micronutrient deficiency, Vitamin A deficiency, communication to improve health and prevent and combat epidemics for people.
