For Masterise Group, expanding into the infrastructure sector is not only a strategic move, but also a maturity in thinking - from urban development to co-creating national development space, working with the State to build the foundation for an autonomous and sustainable Vietnam.

A step forward in thinking - from urban developer to nation builder
If in the early stages, Masterise Group was known as an urban developer with iconic projects, today, the group is making a strategic shift: Expanding its role from real estate development to investing in connecting infrastructure - a fundamental and long-term field of the economy .
Sharing at the talk show “Building the Country”, with the theme “Connecting to Take Off”, Ms. Thi Anh Dao - Director of Marketing, Masterise Group said: “We identify ourselves as a part of the national economic ecosystem, where private enterprises not only develop for their own benefit, but also contribute to building infrastructure - the foundation for a sustainable and powerful future Vietnam”.
This move clearly demonstrates the big thinking of an enterprise that dares to take on the role of a "national partner", accompanying the State in creating strategic infrastructure - an important pillar of the 2045 vision, when Vietnam aims to become a developed, high-income country.
From iconic urban projects to regional connectivity infrastructure projects, Masterise Group is expanding its development capacity on many levels - not only in terms of investment scale, but also in terms of economic impact. Participating in the field of transport infrastructure, logistics or regional connectivity projects is a testament to the maturity in development thinking of the Vietnamese private sector: Dare to look far, go ahead, and put national interests above short-term profits.
Infrastructure, for Masterise Group, is not simply roads or constructions, but the “blood vessels” of the economy - where connectivity, trade and quality of life are simultaneously activated. It can be seen that, from the urban development mindset, Masterise Group has transformed itself into a nation-building enterprise, contributing to the overall infrastructure structure of the country.
Infrastructure - the foundation for growth and quality of life
For Masterise Group, infrastructure investment does not stop at transportation projects, metro lines or airports; it is a network connecting economic regions, people and opportunities - creating the "hardware" for a dynamic country.
Ms. Thi Anh Dao shared: “When infrastructure is invested in the right direction, not only is the economy boosted, but people’s lives, labor productivity and the ability to attract talent are also significantly improved. Infrastructure is the foundation of a civilized society, where all potentials have the opportunity to be unleashed.”
Connecting infrastructure projects such as the metro line in Ho Chi Minh City or the Hanoi - Bac Ninh regional connection are typical examples. When the transportation system is synchronized, travel distances are shortened, high-quality human resources can move more easily, and new growth poles are formed. From there, a new cycle of urban and regional economic development is activated, spreading value from the center to satellite areas.
At the macro level, infrastructure investment is a prerequisite for enhancing national competitiveness. A country with modern infrastructure, efficient urban areas, convenient transportation and a high-quality living environment will be an attractive destination for experts, investors and global financial institutions.
“We consider infrastructure development investment as a key factor - not only to attract talent but also to attract individual investors, financial institutions and foreign enterprises to Vietnam,” Ms. Dao emphasized.
From Masterise Group’s perspective, infrastructure investment is also the key to spreading sustainable development, because when transportation, logistics and urban areas operate effectively, the economy can reduce costs, increase productivity and expand access to services for people. The mindset of “investing to create” instead of “investing to exploit” is the core difference of Masterise Group in this strategy.

Connect to take off - when businesses grow together with the country
At the talk show “Building the Country”, Dr. Le Dang Doanh, former Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management, said that for the private sector to truly become the driving force of national development, a strong legal framework and more open policy corridors are needed, especially in the fields of infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP). He emphasized: “When private enterprises are given opportunities and trust, they will bring resources, creativity and speed - factors that help the country make a breakthrough”.
Ms. Thi Anh Dao also believes that, in addition to the “hardware” infrastructure, Vietnam needs to promote more strongly the “software” of connection between private enterprises to form a resonant ecosystem. “The connection between Vietnamese enterprises, especially large private corporations, is the soft power of the nation. When we cooperate together, share values and visions, we will create sustainable development ecosystems, capable of spreading and creating long-term value for the country,” said a representative of Masterise Group. This is also the spirit of “Connecting to take off” that Masterise Group pursues - where each enterprise does not go alone, but joins together on the path of national development.

Ms. Dao further affirmed: “Vietnamese enterprises need to dare to dream big, dare to think big, and escape the vicious cycle of short-term goals. When enterprises grow together with the country, the value created is not only in profits, but also in contributing to raising the national level.” In that vision, investing in infrastructure not only has economic significance, but also a commitment to accompany the Government in the mission of creating the country's future.
Infrastructure is the “hardware” of the nation, but it is the mindset, aspiration and sense of responsibility of enterprises that is the “software” that helps the country operate, connect and take off. With a pioneering role, Masterise Group is gradually affirming its position as a nation-building enterprise - a partner accompanying the State on the journey of creating national development infrastructure, towards an autonomous, modern and sustainable Vietnam.
