Three decades - one vision
In the 1990s, the real estate market was flooded with the movement of dividing plots of land for sale, Nam Long chose a different direction. The "Nam Long House Program" appeared on a land of about 5 hectares in An Lac (Binh Chanh) - which was originally just rice fields, swamps and water coconuts. Instead of dividing plots of land for sale, Nam Long built infrastructure such as: drilling wells, water treatment plants to serve residents, laying roads, bringing electricity, and building drainage systems.

Committed from the first days, each house created by Nam Long must be “livable”, must become a part of the community. Scenes of children running on new asphalt roads, people having clean water to use, street lights shining brightly every night… are the first frames for a “living heritage” that Nam Long is aiming for.
On that journey, projects such as Thanh Loc, Phu Thuan, Tan Thuan Dong focus on internal traffic routes, public spaces large enough to organize community activities, playgrounds for children, shady tree-lined routes for the elderly to have a place to walk in the morning...

In 2002, Nam Long started construction of Nam Long Tan Thuan Dong urban area (28 hectares, old District 7), marking a milestone in the transition from developing small residential areas to in-depth urban areas.
The highlight of Nam Long urban areas is the effort to establish a lifestyle for the community, through the full integration of utilities, services and activities that connect residents. Mizuki Park (26 ha, Binh Chanh) is one of the iconic projects that puts parks, water surfaces and public utilities at the center, so that every window of each house opens up to a livable green space.
Not only “under the same roof”, the community here also has regular bonding activities such as: Park festival, local farmers market, morning yoga classes, children's book club...

Following the success of Mizuki Park urban area or the "city of light" Akari City, it is impossible not to mention the integrated urban area Waterpoint - a dream that Nam Long has cherished since 2003. With the orientation of serving more than 30,000 residents, Waterpoint is a complete ecosystem, where residents can study, work, shop, and entertain right in the urban area. It is a place where the elderly can relax in the park in front of their house, people jog and cycle early in the morning on the private connecting lane, children are excited about seasonal festival events... All create a breathing urban area, a livable community.
Built on a unique philosophical foundation
Nam Long's formula for creating a "living legacy" is a combination of human-centered design, valuable living amenities, and a community nurtured by meaningful engagement activities.

What makes Nam Long different is its clear, steadfast business philosophy that is flexible enough to adapt to each stage of market development. At the core of that strategy are two principles: “Sell what the market needs and build a cost-control ecosystem to improve quality. It is this alertness that has helped Nam Long maintain its identity, not chasing short-term trends but establishing long-term milestones.”
In the 1990s, when the Vietnamese real estate market was flooded with the movement of dividing land into plots and selling them, Nam Long chose to go in the opposite direction: Building infrastructure for people to truly "live". In the period 2005 - 2012, when many investors chose to pursue the attractive profit margins of the high-end segment, Nam Long saw a quiet but more urgent need, affordable housing for the majority of young Vietnamese families. Affordable projects such as Flora, EHome... quickly became popular choices, with affordable prices, transparent management, and full amenities.

As the city enters the expansion phase, the need for satellite cities becomes evident, housing prices in the urban core increase, land funds are limited, and population pressure is high. With preparation from a decade in advance, Nam Long has been in a pioneering position, anticipating the demand with All-in-one urban areas, where residents can live - work - study - entertain - shop in the same ecosystem.
Thereby, Nam Long focuses on investing in the R&D department, closely cooperating with leading consulting units such as CBRE, Savills. The process of market research, infrastructure connection assessment, and absorption capacity measurement are all meticulously conducted, ensuring the project is suitable in terms of location, value, and purchasing power.
Nam Long has built a complete ecosystem with 5 core business segments: Capital investment and management (Nam Long Capital), urban and housing development (Nam Long Land), commercial real estate, affordable housing development (Nam Long ADC) and construction (Nam Khang). This model helps the company control costs while improving product quality standards, thereby bringing to the market products that meet the right needs and value.
33 years have passed, Nam Long has kept a steady and flexible pace. In every window, every small street, every park and every smile of the residents, a true value shines, happiness nurtured by kindness, measured by the future. That is the “living heritage” that Nam Long creates so that happiness becomes a legacy.
