Nam Long Chairman receives 'real estate personality of the year' award

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang - Chairman of Nam Long, was named in the special category of outstanding contributions to the industry, at PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025.

The award was presented by Property Report, the official publication of PropertyGuru Group, within the framework of the recently held PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025.

Real estate personality of the year is a special category voted by the Property Report editorial board. The category recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the sustainable development of the Vietnamese real estate industry.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang was selected for his efforts to promote the development of affordable housing segment and integrated urban model. The strategy is assessed to be suitable for the real housing needs of urban residents, while contributing to creating a sustainable living environment for the community.

Speaking when receiving the honor, Mr. Quang said: “Our Group has been developing housing for more than 30 years. Each project aims at sustainable development, creating a good living environment for residents," said the head of Nam Long. Nam Long's development strategy demonstrates a long-term vision when combining domestic and international experience, through cooperation with partners from Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan. This strategy ensures planning, design and operational management standards, aiming to create new urban areas, meeting the purpose for the young generation and the Vietnamese community."

Within the framework of the event, An Zen Residences, part of the EHome product line developed by Nam Long ADC - a member company of the group, was also honored in the category of "excellent apartment project in Vietnam".

After 33 years of establishment and development, Nam Long Group is now one of the pioneers in the affordable housing segment. The company is implementing a series of large-scale integrated urban areas, including Waterpoint (355 ha), Izumi City (170 ha), Nam Long Dai Phuoc (45 ha), Mizuki Park (26 ha) and Nam Long II Central Lake (43 ha). The company aims to become the leading integrated real estate group in Vietnam by 2030.

PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards is part of the Asian real estate awards system with a history of more than 20 years, held in many countries. This year's awards honor 70 categories to recognize outstanding developers, investors, projects, and architectural designs.
