Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai was mobilized, assigned, and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, term I, 2025-2030.

On the morning of November 4, General Secretary To Lam presented the Politburo 's decision on personnel work at the headquarters of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations.

Accordingly, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City, ceased to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, was mobilized, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee, participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations, term I, term 2025-2030.

According to General Secretary To Lam, in order to carry out the task of streamlining the apparatus and preparing personnel work to successfully organize the 14th Party Congress, the Politburo has made decisions to assign and transfer a number of cadres under the management of the Politburo and Secretariat.

The Politburo decided to assign Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation to cease participating in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, cease holding the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, to join the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee, to be assigned to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, term I; to report to the Central Committee to introduce to the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to be elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term X, term 2024-2029.

According to General Secretary To Lam, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai is a cadre who grew up from the grassroots, has a lot of experience in building solidarity, rallying people, and once held the position of Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization (now the Central Committee for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization).

During her tenure as Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, together with the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, successfully completed and exceeded the socio-economic development targets; the appearance of the Capital became more and more spacious and modern; completed the arrangement of administrative units, and streamlined the apparatus to meet the requirements. The outstanding achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Hanoi in recent times have had important contributions from the Hanoi Party Committee, especially Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai personally.

The General Secretary believes that in her new position, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai will successfully complete her political tasks, together with the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central organizations, unite and strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress, towards successfully organizing the 14th National Party Congress.

In her acceptance speech, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and Central organizations thanked the Politburo, the Secretariat, General Secretary To Lam and the Party and State leaders for their attention and trust in her for the great responsibility of being the head of a Party Committee directly under the Central Committee.

This is both an honor, a pride, and a heavy responsibility in the face of the very high demand for innovation in the Party's leadership of the organizational structure, content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State; for gathering and mobilizing all classes of people to promote democracy and the strength of great national unity, joining hands and unanimously entering the era of development of our country to be rich, prosperous, civilized and happy.

Emphasizing the serious acceptance of General Secretary To Lam's direction, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai affirmed that she will continue to inherit and promote the traditions and achievements of the Central Fatherland Front and mass organizations. In her new position, she will make every effort, wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly, uphold the exemplary vanguard spirit, uphold the principles of solidarity and unity with the leadership, promote collective intelligence, mettle, and creativity to overcome all difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the tasks, successfully implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organizations, term 2025-2030, contributing with the whole country to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai also expressed her gratitude to the leaders of Hanoi city, agencies, departments, branches, unions, communes and wards of the city, cadres, party members and people of the capital for always creating conditions, coordinating and helping to complete the tasks in her position as Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Previously, according to the decision of the Politburo, Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ceased to participate in the 13th Party Central Committee Secretariat, ceased to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations of the 1st term, was mobilized, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee, and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee of the 1st term.

General Secretary To Lam thanked and highly appreciated Mr. Do Van Chien in his position as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for successfully completing his tasks and completing the arrangement of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations, a task of great importance.
