At the conference, Party Central Committee member, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Hoang Dang Quang announced the Politburo 's Decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Politburo assigned Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City Bui Thi Minh Hoai to cease participating in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, cease holding the position of Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, transferred to participate in the Secretariat of the 13th Party Central Committee, appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, term I, 2025-2030.

Previously, according to the decision of the Politburo, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien ceased to participate in the 13th Secretariat, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term; transferred, assigned, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
