Tay Ninh is about to have an urban area with 6,000 apartments, serving more than 10,000 residents.

(NLDO) - The project contributes to stabilizing the population, developing the economy and improving the quality of life for Tay Ninh people.

On October 31, at Duc Hoa commune, Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Binh An Duc Hoa Urban Area project - The Win City to celebrate the success of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

According to Mr. Duong Long Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thang Loi Group Company (investor), the project has a total investment capital of 9,292 billion VND, a scale of nearly 6,000 apartments and serves more than 10,000 residents.

This project will directly address the housing needs of the labor force in the area, contributing to population stability, economic development and improving the quality of life for Tay Ninh people.

This is not only a new urban project, but also a symbol of sustainable development vision - connecting economy, infrastructure and social life, creating a civilized, modern and humane community.

"To be implemented in the period 2025-2027, the Binh An Duc Hoa Urban Area - The Win City project not only effectively solves the housing problem but is also expected to contribute to realizing the goal of making Tay Ninh become the most dynamic, livable and investment-worthy destination in the region" - Mr. Duong Long Thanh informed.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut - Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee - said that up to now, the province's GRDP growth rate has reached 9.52%, ranking first in the Southeast region and 8th out of 34 provinces and cities with high GRDP growth in the country.

During the 2020-2025 term, the GRDP growth rate of Tay Ninh province is estimated at 6.73%/year, the economic scale by 2025 is estimated at nearly 352,000 billion VND, ranking 10th in the country. This is a positive and proud result that the Party Committee and people of Tay Ninh province have strived for over the past 5 years.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, shared at the groundbreaking ceremony.

According to estimates, the entire Duc Hoa - Trang Bang - Go Dau area currently lacks about 30,000 - 40,000 accommodations for workers and experts, especially apartments, commercial townhouses, and convenient, affordable accommodations. This shows that the demand for housing is really huge, requiring the strong participation of investors with vision and social responsibility, in order to bring about humane real estate projects that serve the real needs of the people.
