Unforgettable days
The historic victory of April 30, 1975 not only ended the protracted war, bringing the country into an era of peace and independence, but also became a shining symbol of patriotism, indomitable will and lasting solidarity of the entire nation under the talented leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam .
On each occasion of this victory anniversary, the people of the whole country in general and Bac Kan in particular express their deep gratitude to the millions of Vietnamese people who have fallen, dedicating their youth to the cause of national liberation. Although born after the war, in the hearts of today's young generation, the spirit of victory still burns brightly, becoming a fire that urges each person to live a better and more useful life.

Proud to be born and raised in a land rich in revolutionary tradition, Bac Kan youth are increasingly asserting their role as a pioneering force in the cause of building and developing their homeland. Mr. Trieu Tien Trinh, Secretary of Bac Kan Provincial Youth Union, said: In recent times, union members and youths in the province have continuously studied, trained, cultivated ethics, improved political qualities and professional expertise; actively participated in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
Many practical action movements have been strongly implemented such as: Youth volunteers, Youth joining hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas, environmental protection, humanitarian blood donation, caring for people with meritorious services, innovative startups... Thereby, gradually creating the image of Bac Kan youth living beautifully and usefully.
In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Provincial Youth Union supported the establishment and maintenance of 80 youth cooperatives; supported 72 OCOP products owned by youth; provided career and employment counseling to nearly 50,000 union members, introduced and solved jobs for more than 12,000 union members and youth.
Along with that, the Youth Union at all levels has implemented more than 2,000 projects and 15,000 youth activities with a total value of over 30 billion VND; built and maintained 60 "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Civilized - Safe" routes, 236 playgrounds for children. These projects and activities not only contribute to changing the appearance of the homeland but also strongly spread the sense of responsibility and compassion of young people towards the community.
In the context of digital transformation and the industrial revolution, Bac Kan youth continue to be the core force implementing many activities to promote the application of digital technology and develop the digital economy in the locality. From urban to rural areas, the green volunteer shirt has become a beautiful symbol, spreading the spirit of pioneering, creativity and dedication to the community.
Promoting the spirit and enthusiasm of Spring 1975, the youth of Bac Kan today are continuing to write glorious pages of history with their youth, intelligence and practical actions, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of socio-economic development, security and defense of the province…/.
