When storm No. 3 in 2024 made landfall, the commune Youth Union quickly established a shock team of 15 union members to participate in storm and flood prevention. The Na Da village Youth Union alone mobilized 40 union members to support the relocation of assets and bring 2 households affected by landslides to a safe place.
