Tuy An: Investing more than 57.8 billion VND to construct Phu Luong resettlement area

Tuy An District People's Committee has just deployed the Phu Luong Resettlement Area project (An Ninh Dong Commune, Tuy An District) to serve the Phu Yen Province Coastal Road Project, the northern section of An Hai Bridge.

 

Phu Luong resettlement area has a total area of ​​over 44,425m2, with nearly 135 plots of land for housing construction. In addition, the project also has a traffic system with 6 internal roads, designed with a 16m wide roadbed and 7.5m wide road surface; drainage system, domestic water supply system, domestic electricity system and some other auxiliary items. The total cost of the project is over 57.8 billion VND; of which, the construction cost is over 37 billion VND, the compensation and resettlement support cost is over 6.7 billion VND from the central and provincial budgets.

 

This project aims to create land funds and ensure technical infrastructure for resettlement of households in An Ninh Dong commune affected by the State's land acquisition to implement the Phu Yen coastal road project, the northern section of An Hai bridge. According to the plan, this resettlement area will be completed and put into operation by the end of June 2025.
