In the period of 2020-2025, the patriotic emulation movement has been widely and practically implemented by the Women's Union at all levels in the province, in accordance with the reality and needs of women. The emulation movements of the union are flexibly specified for each locality, associated with the political tasks and socio-economic development programs of the province.

Women's Unions at all levels have contributed funds, working days, and facilities to repair 352 temporary and dilapidated houses with a total amount of over 1 billion VND and 11,000 working days; supported the construction of 139 charity houses with a total amount of over 4.8 billion VND; 1,186 orphans were adopted, with a total amount of over 17.2 billion VND; and helped over 13,400 poor women with a total value of nearly 11 billion VND. In addition, they supported the establishment of 19 cooperatives and cooperative groups; built 362 new economic models, bringing the total number of effective models led by women to 2,780 models.

In the past 5 years, the provincial women's associations at all levels have also maintained and established 458 new effective models to attract members; developed 5,245 new members, 618 honorary members, bringing the total number of members to 273,228 women (the gathering rate reached 71.3%). Propaganda, commendation and reward work for typical examples have been given attention; coordination between the association and the government, sectors and organizations has become increasingly close, contributing to creating favorable conditions for the movement to spread widely and effectively.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Hai Chau commended the great efforts and contributions of all levels of the association and all women's union members in the recent period.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that women's associations at all levels continue to innovate their ways of doing and thinking, promote the collective strength and creativity of women; bring emulation movements such as "Women of the New Era", "Digital Literacy for All", "Digital Women Entrepreneurship" ... into more depth, practicality and closeness to women's lives. At the same time, continue to care for the lives of women and children, create the most favorable conditions for women to develop comprehensively; focus on emulation and reward work, ensure fairness and set an example, so that every woman, regardless of her circumstances, feels respected and recognized by the community.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee believes that Quang Binh women will continue to be passionate, persistent and resilient, contributing to bringing the women's movement to new heights.

On this occasion, 25 collectives and 70 typical women in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020-2025 in various fields were commended and rewarded by the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union.
