Tuyen Quang: Many activities to spread and promote digital transformation to the community

Accordingly, response activities in Tuyen Quang province were widely disseminated to all levels, sectors and the whole society about the role and benefits of digital transformation; promoting synchronous and proactive actions of the entire political system, and the positive response of people and businesses. Tuyen Quang province identified this as an important driving force to promote innovation, contributing to the successful implementation of the digital transformation goal in the 2025-2030 period.

With the theme "Comprehensive, nationwide digital transformation to accelerate and break through digital economic development", it demonstrates a strong determination in applying technology, data and artificial intelligence to improve service efficiency for people and businesses.

In October 2025, Tuyen Quang will launch a high-profile communication campaign on digital transformation on mass media, social networks and grassroots information systems. News, articles, reports, video clips, banners, columns and TV programs will focus on promoting the meaning, results, good models, and creative ways of digital transformation associated with local practices. Along with that, organize a National Digital Learning Festival in communes and wards, instruct people on basic digital skills, use of online public services, cashless payments, and digital platforms for life, study and production. Some pilot models will be deployed in Thuong Tan, Giap Trung and Minh Thanh communes, with the participation of many departments, branches, socio-political organizations and telecommunications enterprises.

From October to December 2025, the Department of Science and Technology of Tuyen Quang will host training courses to foster knowledge, digital skills, artificial intelligence, big data and digital communications for commune-level officials, civil servants and public employees, to improve the capacity to implement digital transformation at the grassroots level.

The important highlight is to deploy a model of handling administrative procedures without administrative boundaries, aiming for the goal of 100% of the province's administrative procedures being carried out in an electronic environment, creating maximum convenience for people and businesses.

In addition, Tuyen Quang province will organize an online contest to learn about digital transformation and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, for cadres, civil servants, union members, association members and people of all walks of life, contributing to spreading knowledge and spirit of digital transformation widely in the community.

To ensure that activities are implemented synchronously and effectively, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province assigned the Department of Science and Technology to be the standing agency, presiding over monitoring, urging, guiding, and coordinating with departments, branches, People's Committees of communes, wards and telecommunications enterprises.

The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province also requested agencies, units and localities to proactively organize at least one practical response activity in October 2025, and at the same time report the implementation results to the Department of Science and Technology before October 25 for synthesis and reporting to the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province and the Ministry of Science and Technology according to regulations.
