Tuyen Quang speeds up campaign to enrich and clean up national land database

According to the report of the Working Group implementing the Project 06 provinces, up to now, the campaign to enrich and clean up the National Land Database in Tuyen Quang province, which was implemented from September 1 to November 30, still has many problems and is behind schedule. The connection and integration of the IOC Center with the National Population Database and the security and traffic surveillance camera system has not been completed according to the plan of the Central Steering Committee, affecting the progress of building digital government and smart cities in Tuyen Quang province.

To ensure the completion of the target in the remaining time of 2025, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province requires the heads of departments, branches, sectors and localities to direct strongly, review all assigned tasks, clearly identify collective and individual responsibilities. Agencies proactively coordinate closely, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, ensure progress and quality of work; be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation results.

Notably, members of the Grassroots Working Group only use the Signet security application to collect data on Land Use Rights Certificates and Citizen Identification Cards, and absolutely do not use other social networking platforms. Officials, civil servants, and public employees directly implementing the campaign must sign a commitment to information confidentiality and take responsibility if data is leaked.

Regarding specific assignments, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tuyen Quang promotes the role of the standing agency of the Steering Committee, considering the campaign to enrich and clean up the National Land Database as a key task of 2025; organize training and instruct the People's Committees at the commune level on methods of data collection and processing, and at the same time consolidate existing land management systems, ensuring unified, accurate data that is easy to exploit and operate.

The Department of Science and Technology of Tuyen Quang province is urgently researching the optimal technical solution to quickly complete the connection and integration of information between the provincial IOC and the National Database on Population managed by the Ministry of Public Security . Simultaneously, they are coordinating to accelerate the integration of the entire security camera system and public transportation into the IOC, serving the province's leadership and management work.

Tuyen Quang Provincial Police plays the role of the permanent Working Group implementing Project 06, continuing to urge, check the progress, guide units to implement information security, ensure data, system and equipment safety; at the same time, appraise the network information security plan for land data management systems, IOC Center before connecting to the National Database.

Tuyen Quang Department of Finance is assigned to appraise and allocate funds promptly, correctly, economically and effectively; State Bank Branch Region 4 directs credit institutions to provide information to serve the cleaning of land data.

The People's Committees of communes and wards urgently complete the apparatus to deploy the campaign, organize extensive propaganda so that people clearly understand their rights and obligations, proactively coordinate to provide documents, and contribute to collecting data quickly, accurately and completely.
