At the 33rd SEA Games, the Vietnamese women's team will play their opening match against Myanmar at 3:00 PM (Vietnam time) on December 10th.

Against a Myanmar team weaker in every aspect, the Vietnamese girls didn't have to exert too much effort to secure a 3-0 victory.
In this match, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet did not field his best starting lineup, giving many players the opportunity to play.
Despite not fielding key players like Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh, or Le Thanh Thuy, the Vietnamese women's team easily defeated their opponent with scores of 25-9, 25-10, and 25-6.
The next match for the Vietnamese women's team is against Malaysia at 12:30 PM on December 11th, and the final group stage match is against Indonesia at 12:30 PM on December 12th.

Meanwhile, the Vietnamese women's handball team also secured a victory on their opening day in the women's indoor handball event at the 33rd SEA Games.
Against an opponent weaker in every aspect, the Vietnamese girls had little difficulty securing a victory with a score of 27-12.
This victory is an important stepping stone for the team as they head towards their next matches against Thailand and Singapore.

Following their match against the Philippines, the Vietnamese women's handball team received a visit and words of encouragement from Nguyen Hong Minh, Head of the Vietnamese Sports Delegation at the 33rd SEA Games.
At the 33rd SEA Games, the Vietnamese women's handball team is expected to win the gold medal. Our main rivals are the Thai girls.
