In particular, in the first 6 months of the year, the 2-level Association launched an emulation movement to welcome Party congresses at all levels with 23 welcoming projects, including 4 models and projects implementing cashless payments.

Through the movements, in the first 6 months of 2025, the 2-level Association discovered and commended 131 typical examples, including 32 collectives and 99 individuals with achievements in areas such as Association activities.

At the program, delegates listened to the implementation of documents related to agriculture , farmers, rural areas; building new rural areas, advanced and model new rural areas. Disseminate contents on knowledge and skills to build happy families; knowledge and skills to ensure safety for women and children in families and communities; watch art performances by clubs and award prizes to outstanding groups and individuals in emulation movements launched by the association.
