Propaganda of laws on traffic safety and order

On August 6, in Tan Bien commune, Tay Ninh province, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police organized propaganda and dissemination of laws on traffic safety and order to more than 30 enterprises and transport business units in the communes of Tan Lap, Tan Bien, Thanh Binh, and Tra Vong.

Representatives of the Provincial Traffic Police Department disseminated new regulations of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.

On this occasion, traffic police officers disseminated new regulations of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024; Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, dated December 26, 2024 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of traffic order and safety in the field of road traffic, deduction of points, and restoration of driving license points to representatives of enterprises and transport business units.

The propaganda content focuses on regulations on: Speed, vehicle load; conditions of drivers and vehicles participating in transport business; regulations on driver rest; prohibited acts when participating in traffic, thereby businesses and transport business units thoroughly educate officers and employees to better participate in ensuring traffic safety in the coming time.
