Propaganda of laws on traffic safety and order

On August 6, in Tan Bien commune, Tay Ninh province, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police organized propaganda and dissemination of laws on traffic safety and order for more than 30 enterprises and transportation business units in the communes of Tan Lap, Tan Bien, Thanh Binh, and Tra Vong.

Representatives of the Provincial Traffic Police Department disseminate new regulations of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.

On this occasion, traffic police officers disseminated new regulations of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024; Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, dated December 26, 2024 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic order and safety, deduction of points, and restoration of driving license points to representatives of enterprises and transport business units.

The propaganda content focuses on regulations on: Speed, vehicle load; conditions of drivers and vehicles participating in transportation business; regulations on driver rest; prohibited behaviors when participating in traffic, from which businesses and transportation business units thoroughly educate officers and employees to better participate in ensuring traffic safety in the coming time.

At the propaganda session, the Provincial Police Traffic Police Department also asked units and businesses involved in freight transport to sign a commitment to strictly comply with the provisions of the law on ensuring road traffic safety and order./.
