Attending the propaganda session were leaders of the Provincial Youth Center; leaders of Nam Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Thang Secondary School.
The current situation of school violence is on the rise and becoming more complicated. According to the Ministry of Education and Training, in a school year, there are nearly 1,600 cases of students fighting in and out of school nationwide (about 5 cases/day). More worryingly, according to statistics from the Ministry of Public Security , each month there are more than 1,000 young people committing crimes.
At the propaganda session, students of Ninh Thang Secondary School were informed and explained about school violence and the behaviors considered school violence. At the same time, they were instructed to implement the 5K measures to prevent school violence, including: Do not hit - Do not curse (do not use violence or insult your friends; stay calm when there is a conflict, do not react emotionally); Do not isolate - Do not boycott (do not divide into groups to exclude, speak ill of friends; respect each person's differences); Do not provoke - Do not cheer (Do not record clips, do not share on social networking platforms, do not shout and cheer when there is a conflict; the act of watching and recording clips is also aiding violence); Do not be silent - Do not ignore (When you see your friend being bullied, you must report it to the teacher, older friends or parents; silence can make things more serious); Do not participate - Do not follow (Do not let others lure you into a bad group, do not try to follow "for fun"; always stand on the right side, the safe side).

In addition to the 5K measures for students, adults (parents, teachers, schools) also need to implement the 5T measures to prevent and combat school violence, including: Respect; Propaganda - Training; Monitoring; Interaction; Creating a safe environment. Also in the propaganda session, with the theme "Don't fall in love early - fall in love at the right time", students were propagandized and disseminated knowledge about psychological and physiological changes during puberty and the meaning of healthy sex education ; recognize what "falling in love early" is, why not falling in love early; know how to behave properly and keep appropriate limits with the opposite sex.

After the extracurricular propaganda session, students of Ninh Thang Secondary School were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to foster love, compassion, avoid indifference, live responsibly towards themselves, their families, friends and school, and contribute to building a learning environment where all students are safe, respected, equal, friendly and happy.
