Accordingly, in order to implement the Legal Work Program and Communication Plan for 2025 of Dai Ninh Hydropower Company, to raise awareness among teachers and students in implementing plans to protect and respond to emergency situations of dams and reservoirs of Dai Ninh Hydropower Project and State regulations on management, protection and exploitation of hydropower projects; on April 28 and May 16, 2025, Dai Ninh Hydropower Company coordinated with Ninh Gia Secondary School and Nguyen Thai Binh High School to propagate to teachers and students, the content of the propaganda focused on regulations on the protection vicinity of dams and reservoirs; prohibited acts in the reservoir area and protection corridor of the Dai Ninh Hydropower Project.

In addition, Dai Ninh Hydropower Company has analyzed and clarified the flood discharge announcement command at the spillway, the locations of the loudspeaker warning station system, basic situations and solutions to prevent and avoid floods, introduced the locations for evacuating people and property when flooding occurs, the areas affected when the project discharges flood water with large flow; absolutely prohibiting students from entering the lake to swim.
