National U21: Hanoi enters semi-finals after 10 penalty kicks

U21 Viettel reached the quarter-finals thanks to the wild card for the third-placed team (Group A) with the best record to face U21 Hanoi (first in Group B). In the 2022 season, U21 Viettel was the team eliminated by U21 Hanoi in the semi-finals.
