UEF awards scholarships in 2025, bringing early joy to candidates

Since the beginning of May 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) has implemented the program "Future Orientation with UEF Scholarship", with more than 1,700 scholarships awarded directly to 2k7 candidates at 190 high schools.

Receiving an early scholarship, candidates are motivated and have a comfortable mindset before the upcoming difficult graduation exam.

Over the past month, UEF has directly awarded scholarships to high schools in Ho Chi Minh City and nearly 20 provinces and cities nationwide. The school has awarded scholarships worth 25%, 50% to 100% to students who registered early and met the conditions.

Not only recognizing students' good academic achievements with impressive transcripts, UEF also awards scholarships to talented students with good English achievements through outstanding results, in which many individuals receive 100% scholarships with IELTS 8.0 certificates.

The school’s direct connection with candidates through the early award of scholarships during this time has somewhat encouraged the students’ spirit. With valuable scholarships, many candidates expressed their joy that the school recognized their efforts in studying throughout the high school year, while also helping them to be mentally stable, confident in conquering important exams and achieving their goal of entering university.

UEF also donated 5 million VND to the scholarship fund of high schools.

Student Luu Ngoc Thanh Thao - Bui Thi Xuan High School (HCMC) expressed: "I am very happy to receive a 100% scholarship from UEF, this is the motivation for me to continue to develop further. In particular, the bilingual environment at UEF can help me improve my English ability, practice soft skills and have more opportunities to study and work abroad".

Nguyen Mai Thuy Phuong - Tan Hiep High School ( Tien Giang ) emphasized: "The 100% scholarship from UEF helps me reduce the pressure before the exam and partially supports my family financially. This policy helps candidates more easily orient their careers and choose a university. In particular, directly awarding scholarships to candidates shows that UEF respects and is enthusiastic about us, I am very touched by that."

In addition to awarding scholarships to candidates, UEF also provides consulting, orientation and answers to many important questions about the high school graduation exam, university admission in 2025 and information related to the training system, learning facilities and school activities.

It can be said that the journey of awarding scholarships to many provinces and remote areas of the country is an active bridge between the school and the candidates, demonstrating the companionship and support for the future of the students right from the first steps of conquering the university lecture hall.

Not stopping at the early scholarship policy, candidates applying to UEF in 2025 also have the opportunity to receive many valuable scholarships with the following methods: admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, admission based on grade 12 transcripts based on the total average score of 3 subjects, admission based on the average score of the entire grade 12 year, admission based on the results of the 2025 capacity assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University.

With the scholarship consideration method, the school also informed that it will accept transcripts until June 30.
