Creating the best environment for students to study and practice is one of the solutions implemented by Luu Nhan Chu High School (Dai Tu) to create a source of Party membership. |
Thoroughly implementing the Party's directives and resolutions, regulations and instructions of the Central and the province on the work of developing party members, right from the beginning of the 24th District Party Congress term (term 2020-2025), the Standing Committee of Dai Tu District Party Committee has focused on directing the work of developing party members who are excellent students in high schools.
Accordingly, every year, high school party cells proactively develop plans and select 15 students who are exemplary and excellent members of the Youth Union in their studies or in their activities to send them for training in Party awareness; assign party members to guide, help with resources and recommend them to superiors for consideration of Party admission when they meet the prescribed conditions.
After completing the Party awareness training course, Nguyen Phuong Thao (class 12A1, Luu Nhan Chu High School) said: My desire to become a Party member while still in high school was ignited when I had the opportunity to meet some examples of people who joined the Party at the age of 18. From there, I built my own plan and set goals to strive to join the Party.
Comrade Hoang Thi Binh, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Luu Nhan Chu High School, said: From the second semester of grade 10, we have asked homeroom teachers and the school's Youth Union to review and closely monitor the training and efforts of students to find key candidates and propose a list of candidates to participate in the Party awareness training class when they enter the middle of the second semester of grade 11. By the end of the first semester of grade 12, students who are of age and meet the requirements for moral qualities, lifestyle, academic performance and active participation in school activities and local movements will be considered for Party admission. Up to this point, the school has admitted 4 students to the Party; 46 cases have participated in Party awareness training. By the end of 2025, we strive to have 20-25 students admitted to the Party.
Learning from other Party cells such as Dai Tu High School Party Cell, Nguyen Hue High School Party Cell..., we all received the same assessment: Party admission is not only meaningful to the student himself but also creates a great influence, arousing the desire to stand in the Party ranks to many other students. From there, the students clearly determine the direction, goals to strive for, build a study plan, cultivate and train themselves. Thereby forming a generation of young people who live with ideals, have pure motivation to join the Party.
Up to now, the Party Committees of high schools have selected, helped create sources, and introduced 194 outstanding students who meet the 3 good standards and comprehensive excellent students to participate in training candidates for Party admission and have admitted 19 students who meet the standards and conditions to join the Party.
Developing party members in schools is an important factor in creating "red seeds", supplementing high-quality human resources for all levels, sectors and localities in the future. According to comrade Nguyen Manh Hoat, Standing Deputy Secretary of Dai Tu District Party Committee, in the coming time, the district will continue to promote this work, focusing on training high school students to develop comprehensively. Along with that, schools continue to introduce students who have participated in the Party awareness training class but have not been admitted to universities and localities where they reside to create favorable conditions for them to continue training and strive to soon join the Party...
