The Project Management Board coordinates with road management areas to review and count the project's road infrastructure assets, as a basis for reporting to competent authorities for consideration and decision to hand over assets to the management unit for use when eligible, except for infrastructure assets on feeder roads that will be handed over to local management and direct overpasses located on many national highways that will be decentralized...
"The Project Management Board needs to direct contractors and relevant units to overcome existing problems and shortcomings of the traffic infrastructure on the route (if any) before handing over the project to the management unit," the document of the Vietnam Road Administration stated.
In addition, the Project Management Board needs to organize the management and maintenance of the sections from the time the project is put into operation, temporary operation until the completion of asset handover procedures and the road management areas complete the selection of contractors to manage and regularly maintain the sections.
In particular, the expressway sections of Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Bung - Van Ninh and Van Phong - Nha Trang are expected to be put into operation before April 30, so the Vietnam Road Administration requests that Project Management Boards 6, 7 and Thang Long complete the above contents before April 20.
