Provincial Party Committee Office organizes training course on professional work of Party Committee office in 2023

On the morning of November 16, at the Provincial Political School, the Provincial Party Committee Office held the opening ceremony of the 2023 training course on office work at the Party Committee level. Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duc Tai, Director of the General Department, Office of the Party Central Committee; Tran Nguyen Hien Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

During 2.5 days (November 16-18), the reporters of the Party Central Office and the Party Central Committee's External Relations Commission directly conveyed the contents to 94 trainees who are office staff of Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee; District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees; Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province on basic contents such as: Building the Party Committee's work program; organizing to serve the Party Committee's conferences; System of Party documents; Compiling Party documents; Document and archive work and protecting state secrets in document and archive work; creating and submitting documents to the agency's archives; Declassification work; Recording conference minutes; Foreign service and reception work; Building and appraising projects to submit to Party Committee conferences; Information serving the Party Committee...

Speaking at the opening of the training course, comrade Tran Nguyen Hien Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office emphasized: Currently, in the context of many difficulties and challenges, the requirements and tasks of the Party Committee for the Party Committee Office are increasingly high. The staff of the Party Committee Office, in addition to training, maintaining political qualities, responsibility, and dedication to work, need to regularly train and update knowledge to improve professional qualifications and skills, meeting the requirements of consulting and assisting in the new situation.

Based on the actual situation, the training course on professional skills of Party Committee offices aims to update knowledge and improve professional skills for the team of Party Committee office staff from the province to the grassroots level. Especially in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the offices of Party Committees at all levels must advise the Party Committees to lead and direct the preparation work for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 21st Ha Nam Provincial Party Congress.

In order for the training course to achieve its goals and requirements, the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office requested that cadres and students study seriously and implement the content and program of the training course well. Increase exchanges and discussions on new issues and difficulties in the practical work process. Thereby, improving skills and expertise to apply to work at agencies and units, improving the quality and effectiveness of consulting and assisting work; helping to carry out tasks with quality and ensure compliance with regulations.

At the end of the program, the Party Committee office staff will be granted a certificate of "Completing the 2023 Party Committee Office Professional Training Course" by the Party Central Office.
