Within the framework of the official visit of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to the Democratic and People's Republic of Algeria from November 18-20 at the invitation of Prime Minister of the Democratic and People's Republic of Algeria Sifi Ghrieb, the two sides agreed to upgrade the bilateral relationship to a Strategic Partnership in accordance with the clear vision and common will of the two countries' senior leaders.
To realize the vision of the Strategic Partnership, the two countries agreed to promote cooperation in key areas: politics , diplomacy, security, defense; economics-trade-investment; agriculture-environment, housing, science-technology, innovation and digital transformation; culture, education-training, people-to-people exchange and local cooperation./.
