Receiving Lao Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam Sengphet Houngboungnuang on the occasion of the end of his term, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong affirmed that Vietnam always supports Laos 's reform process.

On September 20, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong warmly received Lao Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam Sengphet Houngboungnuang on the occasion of the end of his term of office.

At the meeting, Ambassador Sengphet Houngboungnuang sincerely thanked General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong for taking the time to meet him.
