The signing ceremony took place within the framework of General Secretary To Lam 's official visit to the UK – a historic event when the two countries upgraded their relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, opening a period of extensive cooperation in the fields of aviation, technology and investment.

The order will create hundreds of thousands of jobs in the UK and Europe, while helping Vietjet modernize its fleet, reduce emissions, and expand its international flight network, towards its global Net Zero goal.
