Vietnam Airlines proposes cooperation to open night flights to Phu Yen

In order to stimulate tourism and effectively exploit night flights (departure time from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), Vietnam Airlines has just issued an official dispatch proposing cooperation with the People's Committee of Phu Yen province in launching accommodation businesses in the area to join the program to encourage tourists to use night flights.

Accordingly, Vietnam Airlines proposed that Phu Yen province guide and encourage accommodation establishments in the area to participate in developing tourism product packages combined with air tickets. Accommodation establishments should consider offering free or special discounts (at least 80%) for the first night for tourists using Vietnam Airlines' night flights to Tuy Hoa.

To make the program most effective, Vietnam Airlines commits to announcing the list of hotels, accommodation facilities, partners and provinces participating in the tourism stimulus program with night flights on Vietnam Airlines' media pages, thereby widely promoting it to domestic and foreign tourists.

To boost tourism demand and attract more tourists to Phu Yen , the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has coordinated with the Provincial Tourism Association, relevant units, tourism businesses and tourist accommodation establishments in the province to research and develop discount packages to accompany Vietnam Airlines' night flight program. It is expected that Vietnam Airlines will launch the night flight in July 2025.
