VIETRAVEL AIRLINES SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vietravel Airlines was successfully held with the participation of existing shareholders of Vietravel Airlines including: T&T Airlines, T&T SuperPort, BVIM Fund, Vietravel Group, Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company and other individual shareholders.

In particular, the Vietravel Airlines General Meeting of Shareholders approved the content of increasing charter capital to VND 2,600,000,000,000 (Two thousand six hundred billion VND), expected to be completed in the first 6 months of 2026. This strategic decision aims to strengthen financial capacity to meet the requirements of strongly expanding the airline's fleet and scale of operations in the coming time, while investing comprehensively in modern technical infrastructure, advanced technology systems and especially training high-quality human resources, ensuring sustainable and effective development. In addition, the capital increase also aims to ensure solid solvency, maintain healthy financial indicators and continuously enhance prestige with strategic partners, suppliers as well as domestic and foreign credit institutions.
