Attending the ceremony were: Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Huynh Thi Hang; Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh; Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Vu Xuan Truong; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, associations, unions of the province and artists.
After a period of launching, widely announcing and implementing the selection, the organizing committee has selected 10 typical works composed about Binh Phuoc . Thereby, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has awarded and posthumously awarded certificates of merit to 5 musicians and late musicians who had typical songs about Binh Phuoc.
At the same time, the organizing committee awarded 5 A, B, C prizes and encouragement prizes to musicians and composers with typical songs about Binh Phuoc. Each prize includes a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and a certificate from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism along with a cash prize.
At the ceremony, the organizing committee also announced the Binh Phuoc province logo, which was recognized by the Copyright Office, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism under Certificate No. 1531/2025/QTG dated February 26, 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tuyet Minh said: The Party Committee, government and people of Binh Phuoc always care about, encourage and create all conditions for artists to create works of ideological and artistic value to meet the needs of the people, contributing to building and developing Binh Phuoc culture "diverse, unique and integrated", Binh Phuoc people "harmonious, affectionate, self-reliant, disciplined, creative". During the years of resistance war and the journey of 50 years after liberation, generations of artists across the country have devoted a lot of their enthusiasm and affection to creating valuable works about their homeland Binh Phuoc, many works have lived forever in the hearts of the public.
Entering the new era, the team of artists has inherited and promoted the cultural tradition, deeply attached to the cause of the Party and the nation, continuing to have works reflecting the great achievements of the renovation cause. Many songs with passionate melodies about the mountains and forests, praising the revolutionary tradition, praising the innovation and development of the homeland, being the bridge connecting generations, the bond connecting the community of ethnic groups... have become "love songs" associated with the memories and souls of Binh Phuoc people through many generations. The provincial leaders expect and believe that in the coming time, the team of artists of Binh Phuoc will continue to compose more songs that will last through the years. Music will continue to carry out the mission of conveying the message of a Binh Phuoc that changes every day while still preserving the soul and identity of the homeland.
